Before you go.
Do I need to be 18 years old and above to enter?
Yes. Hey Teddy is strictly for guests 18 years old and above. Valid IDs will be checked upon entry.
Do I have to be a bear to come to Hey Teddy?
Not at all. Hey Teddy is a bear-themed gay bar, but everyone 18 years old and above is welcome. Come as you are.
Do all events have online pre-sale?
No. Not all events have online pre-sale. If an event does not have pre-sale tickets, walk-ins will be the default.
Are walk-ins allowed during ticketed events?
Yes. Walk-ins may still be allowed during ticketed events, subject to capacity. Pre-sale tickets help secure your entry, but we may still accept walk-ins if the bar can accommodate more guests.
What do I need to prepare for ticketed events?
For ticketed events, please keep your claim code and valid ID ready when you arrive. Soft copies are accepted.
How do table reservations work?
Table reservations require a minimum spend of Php 3,500 on consumables. You may optionally pay a Php 2,000 confirmation fee in advance to secure your table.
Is the optional Php 2,000 table confirmation fee consumable?
Yes. The Php 2,000 confirmation fee secures your table and will be deducted from your Php 3,500 minimum consumable spend.
What happens if I do not show up for my table reservation?
No-shows will be forfeited. Please arrive on time or let us know as early as possible if your plans change.
